Welcome to AutoProlift. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of autoprolift.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make through it. By browsing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site or place an order.
1. About AutoProlift
AutoProlift sells car lifts, compact tractors, mini excavators, skid steer loaders, zero-turn mowers, and related garage and outdoor power equipment. We work with authorized dealers and manufacturers including Atlas, Tuxedo, Katool, iDEAL, AMGO, and others to bring certified, warranty-backed equipment to shops and homeowners.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to place an order on this Site. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
3. Product Information
We make every effort to display product specifications, dimensions, weight capacities, and pricing accurately. However:
Manufacturers occasionally update specifications, colors, or included accessories without notice
Photos are representative and may not reflect every configuration, accessory package, or minor cosmetic variation
Weight capacities, dimensions, and technical specifications should always be verified against the manufacturer’s official documentation before installation or use, particularly for load-bearing equipment such as car lifts
If a listing contains a pricing or specification error, we reserve the right to correct it, cancel the order, and issue a full refund. We will always contact you before shipping equipment that differs materially from what was ordered.
4. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or when a product listed for sale has been discontinued or is out of stock.
Payment is processed at the time of order placement unless otherwise stated for freight-quoted or made-to-order equipment. We accept major credit cards and any payment methods displayed at checkout. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted, and do not include applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
5. Freight and Heavy Equipment Orders
Many of our products — including car lifts, tractors, and excavators — ship via freight carrier due to their size and weight. By placing an order for freight-shipped equipment, you acknowledge:
A valid phone number is required for freight carriers to schedule delivery
Someone must be present at the delivery address to receive and inspect the shipment
Delivery access (driveway width, ground clearance, loading dock availability) is the customer’s responsibility to confirm before ordering
Additional fees may apply for liftgate service, inside delivery, or delivery to locations with restricted access, and these will be communicated prior to shipment when known
6. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before the item has shipped. Once freight has been booked or the item has left the warehouse, cancellation is treated as a return and is subject to our Refund & Returns Policy, including any applicable restocking or freight fees.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, product descriptions, images, graphics, logos, and the AutoProlift name and branding — is the property of AutoProlift or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this Site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
8. Third-Party Links and Brands
References to manufacturer names, models, and brands (such as Atlas, Tuxedo, Katool, iDEAL, or AMGO) are used to accurately identify the products we sell. These brands are trademarks of their respective owners, and their use on this Site does not imply endorsement of AutoProlift by those manufacturers unless explicitly stated.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutoProlift is not liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use, installation, or operation of any product purchased through this Site
Damages resulting from improper installation, misuse, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions and safety guidelines
Delays in delivery caused by freight carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our reasonable control
Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer, or any warranty rights described in our Warranty Policy.
10. Equipment Safety and Installation
Certain products sold on this Site, particularly car lifts, are safety-critical equipment. It is the buyer’s responsibility to:
Ensure installation is performed by a qualified installer where required
Confirm that floor thickness, ceiling height, and electrical requirements meet the manufacturer’s specifications
Follow all included safety documentation and, where applicable, obtain any local permits or inspections required for commercial use
AutoProlift is not responsible for injury, property damage, or equipment failure resulting from improper installation or use.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business practices or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
